I believe that there is a CHECKLIST for EVERYTHING.
For SUCCESS, this is my CHECKLIST, not in particular order:
1. CHARACTER
One of my favorite quotations is "CHARACTER IS THE BEST ATTRIBUTE OF A LEADER."
When you are mandated to do something, be committed to it 100%. Since you are providing the same length of time for, therefor it is an advantage if you will be giving your best shot to attain best result.
3. COMPETENCE
Competence is derived from continuous learning whether with formal education or informal learning.
4. COMMUNICATION
Constant communication with everyone will enhance your relationship. Communication closes the gap. Effective communication is a significant element of SUCCESS.
5. CREDIBILITY
Your name is your best asset. Protect it from any negative mark. Your credibility will bring you to the pinnacle of SUCCESS.
6. CREATIVITY
Imagination is an indispensable way to make things better. Creativity unfolds new dimension in anything. Creativity provides something new. Creativity is an important requisite of SUCCESS.
7. CARE AND CONCERN
Heart is the most important organ in any human being and it is also the most significant source of good leadership.
8. CHURCH
Church symbolizes spiritual dimension. Prayer changes everything. In any endeavor, faith in the ALMIGHTY is very important. It will certainly guide you in everything you do. It will lead you towards the right way.
9. COURAGE
It is not only PHYSICAL COURAGE that will pave the way for success, but more importantly MORAL COURAGE.
10. CONFIDENCE
Confidence is also very important to become SUCCESSFUL.
