Shengdan Kuaile: Glimpse of Christmas in CHINA

This will be the very first time that I will be celebrating CHRISTMAS outside the PHILIPPINES. Good enough because there are some resemblances of CHRISTMAS in the air in this side of the planet. But certainly, I will be missing how Christmas is being celebrated in the PHILIPPINES.

Life must go on. I will continue to explore BEIJING during the Christmas season to capture the images of CHRISTMAS...

There are no Christmas carols, no Christmas trees, no Christmas lights...maybe there are some in the Catholic churches and the houses of Catholics. However the spirits of Christmas are very much alive and brightly shining...LOVE, CARE, CONCERN, FRIENDSHIP...among us, the students, both international and Chinese, and the staff of the Air Force Command College...
This is at the entrance door of the mall connected to the FUCHENGMEN SUBWAY station in BEIJING

This is inside the TIANYI MARKET in BEIJING. There are wide varieties of CHRISTMAS DECORS from Christmas tree to life-size SANTA CLAUS.  TIANYI MARKET or mall is considered the "CHRISTMAS MARKET" in BEIJING.
(NOTE: MARKET is the same as MALL in the PHILIPINES).

This is still inside the TIANYI MARKET in BEIJING.
This is at the LOBBY of the DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS of the AIR FORCE COMMAND COLLEGE in BEIJING, CHINA, my home for almost 3 months now. There are Christmas decors including these two life size Santa Claus.

SHENGDAN KUAILE!!!
