A Walk to Remember along AYALA Avenue...

Since it was still about an hour before my scheduled class for that day, instead of riding a bus or jeepney or taxi from the GREENBELT AREA going to the vicinity near the RCBC TOWER, I leisurely walked along the stretch of AYALA AVENUE in MAKATI CITY.

I took some pictures and distinctively seen the great difference of MAKATI CITY from other cities within Metro Manila and other parts of the country.

I want to share with you what I had seen
along the way of that slow stroll
one Saturday afternoon...
beautiful structures and landscapes along the way with clear road signages...

one of the conveniences of walking along AYALA AVENUE is the presence of underground walkways. Aside from safety feature, the pedestrians are also protected from scorching heat of the sun or from unexpected rain...
There is no need to spend on signages that state "BAWAL TUMAWID, MAY NAMATAY NA DITO."

Functional escalators are also provided at the underground walkways...excellent provision for elderly persons and those with disability...

Trees are planted to provide shades, to control pollution, and to reinforce the beautiful environs...

Excellently designed towering buildings for offices and business establishments...

Ornamental plants are beautifully blended with creatively built structures...

...the sun, the sky, the scenes along AYALA...

...AYALA CENTER along AYALA AVENUE...
glimpse of a familiar establishment...

the beautiful facade of THE PENINSULA MANILA...
...artistically designed walls inside the underground walkways...

...designated bus stops are properly provided and labeled along the way with waiting shed...

...Every step is a an amazing unfolding of
remarkably crafted figures...

...Some of the artistically-designed structures for offices and businesses along the CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT of MAKATI CITY...

The view of the busy road...along the way...

NO SMOKING signages are also strategically posted along the way reminding SMOKERS that it is strictly prohibited to harm others...providing safer environs from harmful TOBACCO SMOKE...
...However, irresponsible smokers still exist along the way...but easier to caution because of the signages...

...I still have 5 Saturdays to pass and stroll along this way and I will always treasure and appreciate the beauty of AYALA AVENUE...
