ESSENCE OF FEEDBACK...


FEEDBACK is extremely significant in any organization.

FEEDBACK SYSTEM is an indispensable tool in managing any organization.

FEEDBACK should be both DOWNWARD and UPWARD. The dynamic participation and collaboration of ideas, insights and suggestions will significantly reinforced the existing management systems and other parameters that ably support the accomplishment of the OBJECTIVES and VISION of the organization.

The main OBJECTIVE of the DOWNWARD FEEDBACK is to provide DIRECTION to accomplish the given MISSION or FUNCTION. It is the compass of the organization. It should be both properly explained by the top management and clearly understood by everyone in the organization. 

On the other hand, the main objective of UPWARD FEEDBACK is to provide IMPROVEMENT. The comments, suggestions, insights and other inputs both from internal and external dimensions are significantly needed for holistic evaluation of the existing systems and other parameters to create an organization in full synergy.   

FEEDBACK should be properly compiled for future reference. PROPER FILING SYSTEM is essential to solve a recurring problem or to address new concern. It is also necessary when there are changes in the leadership and when new personnel are employed.



FEED IT BACK FOR THE ORGANIZATION TO CONTINUOUSLY GROW TOWARDS MAXIMUM MISSION ACCOMPLISHMENT AND FOR THE ATTAINMENT OF GREATER HEIGHTS.
