I was introduced to the EAT-ALL-YOU-CAN restaurant scheme when I was assigned in CEBU in year 2000. It is a system where you can eat as much as you can or as much as you want at a fixed cost. The basic requirements are NO SHARING and NO LEFTOVER.
But for me, the BASIC REQUIREMENT is...YOU SHOULD BE VERY HUNGRY to be able to COMPENSATE for the cost...
I am glad that there are already numerous BUFFET RESTAURANTS everywhere. Development that made it easier to celebrate LIFE with FOOD. I usually look for these buffet restaurants when I have ample time and when I have the appetite.
I have seen this particular BUFFET RESTAURANT many times because it is situated along the highway in STO. TOMAS, BATANGAS. Actually, it was just a few steps away from the STO. TOMAS PUBLIC MARKET.
It was after a long JOURNEY for that day that I had the chance to finally visit this restaurant. It was situated at the second floor that it makes it more visible.
This BLOG is actually a REVIEW about the VARIETY and TASTE OF FOOD, the QUALITY OF SERVICE, THE AMBIANCE and all other observations about my about 2 hours stay at the place.
I was amazed about the cost of a BUFFET MEAL for only P199 per head plus 10% service charge.
The ambiance was great. The interior design and the lighting system are excellent. Just something to improve on, the tables are placed very close with each other that you can bump or hit other tables or chairs when you are slightly moving or when you are about to stand to get another plate of food. Or maybe it is designed that way for the customers to have limited movement and to discourage them from keep coming back to the buffet tables.
The waiters are very attentive about the needs of the customers. They are very accommodating and very willing to answer all the queries.
The place has a clean restroom, proper lighting and just enough space and requirements for the customer to have a comfortable stay while fixing oneself, while washing hands and for other personal necessities.

For a BUFFET MEAL, the 199 pesos plus 10% service charge is already a very reasonable cost that everyone can avail and enjoy.
For that price, you can already have VARIETY OF MEAT AND FISH DISHES, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, SOUP, RICE and other food that will satisfy your hunger and craving...
In order to enjoy the drinks, it will cost you additional 75 pesos for bottomless ICED tea or 140 pesos for the FRUIT SHAKE/JUICE.
If you want the free drinks, just ask the WAITER for the bottomless DRINKING WATER...
I believe that I had given you a glimpse of what to expect while dining at this BUFFET RESTAURANT in the municipality of STO.TOMAS in the province of BATANGAS...
