It was one of the HIGHLIGHTS of my military career, to be able to contribute to the foundation of PAF officers...to be able to share my knowledge and skills...to be able to develop future leaders of the PAF...to be able to touch lives...
It was a challenging JOURNEY being both the DIRECTOR FOR OPERATIONS and SENIOR TACTICAL OFFICER of the PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE OFFICER CANDIDATE SCHOOL (PAFOCS) for almost 3 years. But the fulfilling feeling of being a significant part of the training of these young individuals with promising future overshadowed those challenges.
It was certainly more of a JOURNEY WITH GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE rather than a TOUR OF DUTY...
