HEIGHT IS MIGHT...
My height of 5 feet and 11 inches is one of the reasons why I was selected to become a member of the PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE HONOR ESCORT BATTALION from 2012 to 2013. Another reason is I was presently assigned in Villamor Air Base during that time as the Assistant Commandant of the Air Force Officer School (AFOS), when the school was still in Villamor. AFOS is presently located at Fernando Air Base, Lipa City.
I was lucky being the regular representative of the battalion to MALACANANG PALACE as member of the TROOP STAFF. It was indeed a privilege having to stand face to face with the PRESIDENTS and PRIME MINISTERS of DIFFERENT COUNTRIES and also our PRESIDENT.
Being part of the PAF HONOR ESCORT BATTALION is another remarkable page in my JOURNEY not only in the profession of arms but more significantly in LIFE.
