The windshield tour from TACTICAL OPERATIONS GROUP 8, the home of the PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE in EASTERN VISAYAS, to SAN JUANICO BRIDGE for about 40 minutes introduced me to the environs of TACLOBAN CITY. The devastations brought by SUPER TYPHOON YOLANDA in November 2013 are still very visible...
